Overview of our manufacturing services
Cutting, Bending, and Rolling Steel
We offer a precision bending service using our MVDA 175 press brake, which is suitable for a wide variety of parts thanks to its 175-metric-ton, 12-foot capacity.
This machine can bend materials with a capacity of up to 175 metric tons, typically mild steel parts up to 1/4″ thick and 10 feet long (depending on the configuration and tooling).
We provide precise, repeatable bending that is perfectly tailored to your
manufacturing needs. The department is equipped with a 5-metric-ton overhead crane.
CWB Welding
We offer professional welding services using MIG (CWB-certified) and TIG processes. We work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our work is performed by four experienced welders who are certified to CWB standards, ensuring reliable and compliant welds.
Our department is equipped with welding tables and a 3-metric-ton overhead crane dedicated to your welding projects, which allows us to handle projects ranging from small to large-scale, from welded fabrications to certified structures.
Our team can also come to your facilities to accommodate your needs and operational constraints.

Fully automated saw
It automatically adjusts the cut to the angle. High-precision automated sawing service using our P2-500 DMA saw, capable of cutting parts up to 500 mm (≈ 20”) in diameter.
Thanks to its automatic feeding system, it is ideal for repetitive production runs, ensuring excellent consistency and quality. The department is equipped with a dedicated 5-metric-ton crane.
We can also drill and thread parts according to your drawings, so that we can deliver components ready for assembly.
Conventional Machining
Our production equipment allows us to machine steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Thanks to our lathe, which has an 80’’ bed and a 20’’ swing,
and a 3-inch spindle, equipped with 3- and 4-jaw chucks, we are able
to machine shafts and rollers with precision.
The router, equipped with a digital display and a tilting head, makes it easy to adjust angles as needed. Combined with a full range of tools, it allows for efficient planing, drilling, and chamfering.
The gear-driven column drill offers durability, power, and precision. It can drill holes up to 3’’. This essential piece of equipment provides invaluable service to the production team.
Mechanical Assembly
We offer a comprehensive mechanical assembly service, provided by an experienced team capable of assembling your equipment with precision and attention to detail. With another 3-metric-ton overhead crane and a 40’ x 90’ assembly area, we can accommodate your large-scale projects.
