Conditions

Salary : $26.00 to $34.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Work schedule : 40.00 hours – Full-time

Your role

Put your expertise to work for

Assemble and adjust custom-made mechanical equipment for the industrial manufacturing sector

On a daily basis

Duties and responsibilities

Assemble machines and mechanical subassemblies based on technical drawings
Perform adjustment, alignment, and functional testing
Install various components (motors, actuators, sensors, conveyors, etc.)
Participate in the start-up and troubleshooting of equipment
Perform certain minor welding or manufacturing tasks as needed
Detect and correct assembly or interference errors
Work closely with the engineering and production team
Perform all other duties related to the position

Requirements

Required qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or industrial mechanics
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or industrial electricity (an asset)
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems
